Small businesses die out on taxes, the poor and middle class pay for what they can't afford to owe all due to corporate welfare. If a big business, as a small or medium can't stay afloat on an equal playing field without tax payer paid bailouts and startups among other inducements then let it die. Madness, wierd, a thorn in the paw. Drugging is easy, plus a total failure, but have they not known the story of the angry lion, who's pain was not understood so people did was run away or try to slay? Sometimes it's a dragon or some monster of presumption. But when carefully observed in the actual state, all that was wrong was the thorn. The hero pulled the thorn, not place a new one with in with thorazine. Chaos becomes order, the pacified becomes a friend presuming they didn't put it there in the first place to take it out. Peace however is restored by solving the problem sometimes physical, sometimes emotional. The thorn is many things, sometimes forced treatment. Brutality of the fellow species in trust.

Most of the Violent Felons and Chriminals of non-sociopathic methodologies are Learning Disabled and this does not and should not preclude them from owning guns or knives or anything; I write this to point out the failure of therapy and mistakes of the Virginia Situation.
I am learning disabled as a kid "special class" I ran temper that made a desk fly across the room; this made a gun ban pointless at the time. More: here.

My dog, the natural scavenger watches the human forage for scraps, while himself well fed and well housed, steps away from a full bowl of kibble and treats.

What kind of society makes it illegal for humans to let a dog be homeless, unfed or otherwise un-cared for, yet finds it acceptable that humans are homeless, hungry and deprived of respect and companionship. A homeless person is somehow fit to remain in the harsh outdoors but the dog will be rescued from his homeless master?

Does this city commit to billions on amateur sport event hosting and turn it's back on the crisis of poverty and neglect endemic in its own population?
