Frankly Phil LaMarr with a more open sense of humor and even did a parody of it, "South Park Nuts," on MadTV would have been better, possibly even his associate for the funniest first two years of MadTV Orlando Jones would have more talent for it. I see the Cult "Discipline" of Children, which can be rather ambiguous, given how many have been known for this, including the Southern Poverty Law centre, has been brought into it as a joke, urban legend or truth, Scinetology and Transcendental Meditation even had this suspected of them as a edict; but this aside a funny comedian with no sense of sacred cows with the voice talent would have worked better and it was good sense to be prepaired none-the-less. Bureaucratic cuts, Public Service Union Bans, A Welfare System that is repayable after it's no longer needed without interest rates, but with billing fees (paper and printing and administrative cost; it shouldn't go beyond 5 to 10 dollars a bill; maybe even 1 a bill.).
