Legislating Poverty: What Poverty Groups Don’t Say. By: Gölök Buday, Aka The Absent Mind.
Poverty is usually and constantly blamed for the lack of bureaucratic big government programs and taxes lower than a 100%. The lack of income distribution according to party rank, aka Communism (Lower Authoritarianism, Collectivism and/or Totalitarianism). Letting people earn a living and keep as much of what they earn as they do, even if it’s 1% of their earnings.
This is all Wrong! Poverty is based on an assortment of problems an assortment of problems that the U.S. Constitution and it’s founders and drafters fought hard intellectually and physically to combat and succeeded until people decided to start disregarding the most high of all United States of American Laws.
These concepts established rights such as the right to own and build on earned property, this included the right to intellectual property and the right to gain income and royalties for the use of it. The right not to be deprived of Life, Liberty, Privacy and Property without due process. Some say Privacy is Happiness but, despite it being the same thing in many cases, this came into play with the Eye of Ra on the U.S. Dollar. Due process included the right to council, the right to be protected from unreasonable search and seizure, including in war time, and and quick and speedy trial. There was to be no federal taxes on goods, services, and income. There was, for the sake of limited necessary services (mint, federal roads, political honorariums, military defence, and few other miner things.), an allowance for the tarrifs and excise of foreign goods, services and documented worker’s income. This would be based on an appraisal of the Federation’s/Union’s market and it’s value.
